Dr. Gordon is a member of ASCE where he serves on the Executive <br />Committee of the Technical Council on Research. He is also a member of the <br />American Water Resources Association, American Water Works Association and the <br />Water Pollution Control Federation. Dr. Gordon has nationwide contacts in the <br />U,S. Bureau of Reclamation and the U,S, Soil Conservation Service. <br /> <br />Douglas J. Williams <br />Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. Title: Pro.:iect Eng'ineer, Denver Water Resources <br />Project Title: Project Engineer <br /> <br />Mr, Williams will be responsible for all eng'ineering and reporting. <br /> <br />Mr. Williams has assisted Mr. Mulhern in hydrologic analyses and spillway <br />investigations for the past three and one-half years. He has completed <br />hydrologic investigations and preliminary designs for the Van Bibber Detention <br />Facility in Arvada, (including a Dambreak Analysis for the PMP to reduce <br />spillway capacity), Hays Lake Spillway Analysis in Arvada, Temple Detention Pond <br />on Goldsmith Gulch in Denver, final design of the Jensen Dam in Jefferson <br />County, and final hydrologic and hydraulic design for a large channel diversion <br />in Campbell County, Wyoming, He also completed a large portion of the <br />engineering for the Boulder Creek Flood Improvement Project in the City of <br />Boulder. <br /> <br />Michael R. Title: Pro.:iect Engineer, Denver Water Resources <br />Project Title: Engineer <br /> <br />Mr. Moncrief will assist Mr, Williams with engineering and reporting on the <br />p roj ect, <br /> <br />Mr, Moncrief has six years of engineering experience, He served two years <br />with the U.S, Bureau of Reclamation at the Engineering Research Center in Denver <br />where he completed some 60 miles of hydraulic pipeline design. During the last <br />three years, M~ Moncrief has assisted Mr. Mulhern in hydrologic and hydraulic <br />analyses. He completed hydrology and engineering design for the Temple <br />Detention Pond on Goldsmith Gulch in Denver, the hydrologic and hydraulic design <br />of the Big Sandy Reservoir in Wyoming, and preliminary design for the Boulder <br />Creek Flood Improvement Project, He has also assisted in the development of <br />severa 1 computer programs for hydrau 1 i c ana lys is for the U,S.
