In the last <br />section, the paper poses a series of questions <br />under 11 issues, <br /> <br />The Policy Paper is available free from the CRS <br />publications office, by calling (317) 848-2898, <br />sending a e-mail to wtrakimas@iso,com or <br />faxing a request to (317) 848-3578.
