<br />County Administrator Maclovio Gallegos said the cOunty has legal restrictions
<br />and paperwork that is necessary for the county tn give such bclp.-He said be-would
<br />look into it.
<br />Community Action Agency Director Dave Pacheco reported that the town hope!
<br />to receive grant money to fund a IDassfve drainage study that will cover the entire
<br />town of San Lui3 and make reconunendations for solutions. Without proper study,
<br />he added, applications' for grants are not likely to reCeive much consideration, but
<br />'without outside funding, San Luis will not be able to solve its water problem. ' .
<br />Several area r1mchers asked the comioissioners to mediate some disagreeinents

<br />questioned why the library's hours had been reduced.
