Ives, Jr. <br />William G. Callahan and Randall H. Philipsborn will serve as assistant team <br />1 eaders. <br /> <br />Representatives who have been designated to serve on the team are requested to <br />attend a 5:00 p.m. meeting at the Disaster Field Office, 465 North University, <br />Provo, UT (Formerly: Village Sports Den) on Tuesday, May 3, 1983. <br /> <br />Our intent is to issue a hazard mitigation report within 15 days of the declara- <br />tion date (4/30/83) in accordance with the interagency agreement as published in <br />the Federal Register. We wish to begin immediate field reviews. State and local <br />support is already on site. <br /> <br />It is important you understand your participation on the team is a completely <br />separate activity from any other responsibility your agency may normally have in <br />a Presidentially declared disaster.
