<br />IV, ON-SITE POST-REPORT COMPLETION ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />A, Develop a cover letter, <br /> <br />An introductory letter should be attached to each copy of <br />the Report (Attachment #31). <br /> <br />B, <br /> <br />Distribute the Report, <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The Report should be immediately provided to all Team <br />members and their Regional Director/Administrator or <br />Chief Regional Official (Attachment #32), Individual <br />briefings by the SHMC and the Team Leader to discuss the <br />Report should be conducted for key local and State <br />officials who may be involved in the implementation of or <br />impacted by the recommendations, Additional distribution <br />should be made as appropriate (Attachment #33), <br /> <br />C, <br /> <br />Develop and maintain a distribution record, <br /> <br />A comprehensive record of distribution insures a <br />reference will be available when the 90 Day Progress <br />Report is to be distributed, The number of copies <br />provided to each entity should also be recorded, <br />
