Categorize and edit the recommendations. <br /> <br />The recommendations should be edited so that Work <br />Elements, Lead Agency, Schedule, and Financing <br />possibilities can be established. In addition, all <br />recommendations should be grouped under four or five <br />general headings or categories (Attachment *29). <br /> <br />L. Refine the recommendations and prepare graphics, <br /> <br />The FEMA mitigation personnel and Team members who remain <br />on-site must edit and refine the recommendations and <br />develop the Report format. Linkages to other on-going <br />mitigation activities and the 406 Plan should be <br />established in the Report. Necessary graphics and charts <br />must be prepared. <br /> <br />M. Confirm availability of required support services. <br /> <br />The availability of a courier to deliver drafts and the <br />services of a commercial printer should be confirmed. <br />The cover format, report layout, desired number of <br />copies, and the printing schedule must be established <br />with the vendor in advance to assure a timely delivery, <br /> <br />N. Conduct Team review of the Report. <br /> <br />. ! <br />
