Delays in initiating key activities during this phase <br /> <br />could ultimately cause mitigation opportunities to be overlooked <br /> <br />or result in unnecessary extensions for the completion of the <br /> <br />Report, <br /> <br />A, Designate a Federal Hazard Mitigation Team Leader <br />(Attachment #1) and a Federal Hazard Mitigation <br /> <br />Coordinator (Attachment #2). <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />B.
