<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />In addition, the following permits and clearances have been received for this Project: <br />(1) Section 401 (clean water) Permit, May 20, 1977; (2) Larimer-Weld Council of <br />Governments, and State of Colorado A-95 Clearance, April 20, 1977; (3) Colorado <br />Division of Wildlife Clearance of Procedures for Providing for Fish Life, April 21. <br />1977; (4) Colorado State Archaeologist, Archaeology Clearance, May 25, 1977: (5) <br />U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Section 404, Permit dated October 26, 1977; (6) In <br />addition The Federal Disaster Assistance Administration has issued a "Notice of <br />Environmental Finding" stating that the project does not constitute a major Federal <br />action significantly effecting the quality of the environment. A copy of that notice is <br />included as Appendix C. A summary of all permits and clearance requests is <br />contained in Appendix B. and is hereby made a part of this Application. <br /> <br />Extensive discussions have been conducted with the U.S. Forest Service (owner of the U.S. <br /> <br />land) and granting of a use permit for construction by that agency is expected. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />The project will produce power and energy for transmission and sale to City of Loveland <br />customers. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />It is desired to commence reconstruction and repairs in calendar year 1978. Facilities to be <br />constructed will be those items listed in Paragraph 2(Description of Project) of this <br />Application, and will require approximately 20 months of construction time. <br /> <br />Commercial operation will be resumed when all construction, equipment installation, and <br />testing has been completed (approximately mid-1979). <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />The applicant hereby designates: <br /> <br />Mr. Don W. Hataway <br />City Manager <br />City of Loveland <br />P.O.
