<br />North Branch Douglas Creek South <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated August 16, 1995 . <br />includes, either directly or by reference, detailed floodplain information which is consistent with <br />detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by Resolution No: . 264 and <br />acknowledged by Resolution No. 96-416, detailed floodplain)nformation previously designated <br />and approved by Resolution No. 96-416, detailed floodplain information previously designated <br />and approved by Resolution No. 96-417, and detailed floodplain information previously <br />designated and approved by Resolution No. 96-418 for various stream reaches within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on August 16, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated August 16, 1995 <br />includes, by reference, on the basis of completed flood control improvements and hydraulic <br />analyses that were approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of Letters <br />of Map Revision (LOMRs) or on the basis of a Federal Emergency Management Agency restudy, <br />approximate floodplain information, which was supported by detailed hydrologic analyses, <br />previously designated and approved by Resolutions Nos. 96-416, 96-418 and 96-419 for various <br />stream reaches within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were on <br />August 16, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for the City of Colorado Springs dated August 16, 1995 <br />provides, on the basis of completed flood control improvements and hydraulic analyses that were <br />approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of Letters of Map Revision <br />(LOMRs), detailed floodplain information which revises detailed floodplain information <br />previously designated and approved by Resolution No. 264 and acknowledged by Resolution No. <br />96-416 for the following stream reaches, as listed in Table I, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 1 <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Has Been Revised bv LOMRs <br /> <br />Monument Creek from the crossing of Fillmore Street upstream to a point approximately 100 feet upstream of <br />the confluence with Douglas Creek South <br /> <br />Sand Creek from the corporate limit of the City of Colorado Springs at the crossing of the Colorado & Eastern <br />Railroad, as it was on August 16, 1995, upstream to a point approximately 2800 feet upstream of the crossing <br />of North Carefree Circle <br /> <br />Templeton Gap South Overflow from its confluence with Templeton Gap Floodway upstream to a point <br />approximately 600 feet upstream of the crossing of Van Teylingen Drive <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />5 <br />
