<br />Colorado Springs, as they were on November 2, 1994 and included, by reference, on maps
<br />published on December 18, 1986 as part of Resolution No. 264, and by reference, on maps
<br />published on March 2, 1989, as part of Resolution No. 96-416, and by reference, on maps
<br />published on February 16, 1990, as part of Resolution No. 96-417, and, by reference on maps
<br />published on September 30, 1992, as part of Resolution No. 96-418, detailed and approximate
<br />information for streams within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, as they were
<br />on November 2, 1994; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report dated November 2, 1994 revised Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, by Board Initiative, as provided
<br />under Rule 9,D.2. of the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designqtion and Approval of
<br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), by
<br />Resolution No. 96-419, adopted on March 13, 1996, designated and approved the detailed and
<br />the approximate floodplain information included in said report and rescinded portions of
<br />Resolution No. 264; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Colorado Springs,
<br />Colorado, EI Paso County, Volumes 1-3", dated August 16, 1995, has been prepared by the
<br />Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes, by reference, detailed floodplain information, either
<br />displayed on map panels published on November 2, 1994 or included by reference on November
<br />2, 1994, but not republished on August 16, 1995 for the following streams:
