Data are worldwide, B.C. to <br />present, but mostly since 1900. Sources are the U.S. Geo- <br />logical Survey, university programs, historical catalogs, <br />etc. <br /> <br />Magnetic tape copies, computer cards, searches, plots, maps, <br />and lists available at cost of copying ($60 for tape copy). <br />Searches usually cover a specific geographic area or data <br />within specified limits of one or more parameters (date, <br />magnitude, depth of focus, etc.).
