File is still being developed. Records for 2,500 <br />weather~related events in the United States are anticipated <br />(from 1871 to 1970). Data sources are NOAA publication <br />Storm Data, news media, American Meteorological Society <br />publications, and available technical reports, <br /> <br />On magnetic tape.
