Technical support can be provided by <br />the S.D. Department of Environment and <br />Natural Resources, the V.s. Environmental <br />Protection Agency, and the u.s. Anny Corps <br />of Enginttr5. <br />Besides local operating and main- <br />tenance budgets. grants and loans may be <br />available from the S.D.
