<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />17.02 <br /> <br />17 .03 <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Owner will execute all copies, insert the date on the Agreement and <br />transmit all copies to Architect within 10 days for review and dis- <br />tribution. Distribution of signed copies will be one copy to each <br />Owner, Contractor, Sureties, and Architect. Contractor shall be <br />responsible for distribution of copies to the Surety. <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE AND OTHER BONDS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Performance, Payment and Warranty Bond shall be in an amount equal <br />to 100 percent (100~) of the Agreement Price, as indicated by Change <br />Orders, as security for payment of all wages and bills contracted <br />for materials, supplies and equipment used in the performance of <br />the contract. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Bonds shall be executed on the forms included in the Contract Docum- <br />ments. Each Bond shall be accompanied by a "Power of Attorney" author-. <br />izing the attorney-in-fact to bind the Surety and certified to in- <br />clude the date of Bond. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR'S LIABILITY INSURANCE <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Employer's liability and comprehensive general liability insurance <br />shall include "all states" endorsements. To the extent that Con- <br />tractor's work, or work under his direction, may require blasting, <br />explosive conditions, or underground operations, the comprehensive <br />general liability coverage shall contain no exclusion relative to <br />blasting, explosion, collapse or buildings, or damage to underground <br />property. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The limits of liability for Contractor's Liability Insurance shall <br />not be less than: <br /> <br />1. Worker's Compensation: <br /> <br />Statutory <br /> <br />2. Employer's Liability: <br /> <br />$ 150,000 each person <br />$ 400,000 each occurrence <br /> <br />3. Comprehensive General Liability: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Bodily Injury <br /> <br />$ 150,000 each person <br />$ 400,000 each occurrence <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />$ 400,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br /> <br />Property damage <br /> <br />4. Comprehensive Automotive Liability: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Bodily Injury <br /> <br />$ 150,000 each person <br />$ 400,000 each occurrence <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Property Damage <br /> <br />$ 400,000 each occurrence <br />$1,000,000 aggregate <br /> <br />At the option of Contractor, evidence of coverage and limits may be <br />furnished by an umbrella liability policy certificate in addition to <br />certificates for Workmen's Compensaton and employer's liability, and <br />comprehensive automotive and general liability policies. <br />-37- <br />
