<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PART 11 _ CHANGE OF AGREEMENT PRICE <br /> <br />11.01 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT PRICE CHANGED ONLY BY CHANGE ORDER <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The Agreement Price constitutes the total compensation (subject to <br />authorized adjustments) payable to Contractor for performing the <br />Work. All duties, responsibilities and obligations assigned to or <br />undertaken by Contractor shall be at his expense without change in <br />the Agreement Price. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The Agreement Price and time may only be changed by a Change Order <br />signed and approved by Contractor and Owner. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />The Owner, through the Architect, may request changes to the Agree- <br />ment for additional work or in response to claims by Contractor. All <br />Change Order pricing and time extension analysis shall be in accordance <br />with the following: <br /> <br />1. The Architect shall submi t to the Contractor a "Request for Pro- <br />posal" outlining the scope of work contemplated for said construc- <br />tion changes. <br /> <br />2. The Contractor shall submit within 14 days of receipt of a "Request <br />for Proposal" a complete cost and fee and time extension analysis <br />for the proposed change which shall include: <br /> <br />a. Detailed itemization of materials and labor estimated for <br />said work; <br /> <br />b. detailed itemization from all subcontractors for their respec- <br />tive labor and materials for said work; <br /> <br />c. Copies of quotations from suppliers substantiating all materials <br />and equipment costs; <br /> <br />d. Itemization of overhead and fees in accordance with Paragraph <br />11.03.A. <br /> <br />e. Any request for contract time extension with all sUbstantiating <br />rationale therefor. <br /> <br />D. Contractor Claims. Any claim for an increase in the Agreement Price or" <br />time shall be based on immediate verbal notification to the Architect <br />followed by written notice delivered to the Owner and Architect within <br />5 days of the event giving rise to said claim. Detailed notice of the <br />amount of said claim. Detailed notice of the amount of said claim and <br />any attendant time extension, including all supportive data in accord- <br />ance with Paragraph 11.01.C, shall be delivered to Architect within 15 <br />days of event causing said claim unless Architect allows additional <br />time to assess specific cost, time or construction details. <br /> <br />E. The value of any Work covered by a Change Order or of any claim for an <br />increase or decrease in the Agreement Price shall be determined in one <br />of the following ways: <br /> <br />1.
