<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF AWARD <br /> <br />(Date) <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />South Suburban Park and Recreation District, having duly considered the proposal <br />submitted on the day of , 1992 for the work covered <br />by the Bid and Contract Documents for South Suburban Park and Recreation District's <br />, and it appearing that your Proposal is fair, equitable, and <br />to the best interest of South Suburban Park and Recreation District, said Proposal is hereby <br />accepted at the bid prices contained therein. <br /> <br />In accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents, you are required to execute the <br />Contract and Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bond in five counterparts within ten <br />(10) consecutive days from and including the date of this notice. <br /> <br />In addition, you are requested to furnish at the same time Certificates of Insurance <br />evidencing compliance with the requirements for insurance stated in the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />The Proposal Guaranty submitted with your Proposal will be returned upon execution of <br />the Contract, furnishing of the required performance bond and Certificates of Insurance within <br />the time limit specified.
