to be completed by the Contractor once Contract has been
awarded

For additions or deletions to the contract, the following unit prices shall be applicable
for the specific items listed. Prices shall be complete, in place including materials and
installation, and profit, etc. and anything incidental to the proper installation as
specified.

A. The Contractor agrees that for requested and/or required changes in the scope of
work, the contract sum shall be adjusted in accordance with the following unit
prices, where the Owner elects to use this method of determining costs.

B. Unit prices listed below refer to all items installed and completely in place.

C. The unit prices quoted by the Contractor shall be those unit prices that will be
charged or credited for labor and materials to be provided regardless of the total
number units and/or amount of labor required for added or deleted items of work.

D. Contractor shall submit complete unit prices for all landscape and irrigation
items once the Contract has been awarded.
