PART 1. DEFINED TERMS

1.01 Terms used in these Instructions to Bidders which are defined in the General
Conditions have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions. The
term "Successful Bidder" means the lowest, qualified, responsible Bidder to
whom Owner (on the basis of Owner's evaluation as hereinafter provided)
makes an award.

PART 2. COPIES.QE ('Al\lTRACT DOCUMENTS

2.02 Complete copies of the Drawings and Project Specifications for use in
preparing bids may be obtained from the Architect, mailing address: DHM,
Inc., 1660 17th Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80202, for the deposit sum
listed in the Invitation to Bid. All deposits for bidding documents are
nonrefundable.

2.02 Complete sets of Bidding Documents shall be used in preparing Bids; neither
Owner nor Architect assume any responsibility for errors or
misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding
Documents.

2.03 Owner and Architect in making copies of Bidding Documents available on the
above terms do so only for the purpose of obtaining Bids on the work and do
not confer a license or grant for any other use.
