After receiving your <br />letter I spoke to Larry Lang of your office, in that conversation <br />Mr. Lang stated that Boulder County could perform the technical <br />review of these undesignated studies using the standard format of <br />the Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Because Boulder County wishes to have these studies designated as <br />soon as possible, we wish to perform the technical review of both <br />undesignated studies, July 15, 1988 and July 3, 1990.
