Chappell, <br />P.E., of the Federal Insurance Administration, Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency. <br /> <br />To minimize costs and expedite completion of the Mesa County FIS, it was done <br />simultaneously with flood hazard information (PHI) reports for three Mesa <br />County communities (Fruita, Grand Junction, and Palisade), dated November 1976, <br />The technical data generated for the three PHI reports and used in the Mesa <br />County FIS will be maintained in this office as backup reference materials for <br />the PHI reports. <br /> <br />Other backup data for the Mesa County FIS were forwarded to the Federal Insurance <br />Administration with a 13 May 1977 letter of transmittal (Inc1 2). <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />2 Inc1 <br />As stated <br /> <br />tMa~ <br /> <br />jI....GEORGE C.
