The Board of <br />Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District, at their <br />August meeting, passed Resolution No. 47, Series of 1986 (copy enclosed) <br />adopting this report. We request that the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board consider the 100-year floodplains described in this report for <br />designation as flood hazard areas. Boulder County and the City of <br />Boulder will be responsible for regulating the floodplains. <br /> <br />Designation of this report will require rescinding of the CWCB , <br />designation of "Major Drainageway Planning, South Boulder Creek" dated <br />December, 1973. We will be happy to make a presentation to your Board, <br />if you so desire.
