Environmental Protection Agency. as <br />modified by the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Authorization <br />This study titled "Floodplain Study and Master DrainagePhn for the Town <br />of Haxtun", was autl10rized by the Town of Haxtun, Colorado, in cooperation <br />with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Purpose and Scope <br />The pl.rpose and scope of this study is tc analyze the existing drainage <br />conditions within the Town of Hdxtun, determine the existing drainage <br />problems, dnd develop and analyze alternative improvements to reduce the <br />Impacts due to flooding. <br />Thespecificscopeofwnr\(includesthefollowing; <br />1.
