<br />3 <br /> <br />If your community cannot submit technical data before the end of the 90-day appeal period, you may <br />nevertheless submit data at any time. If warranted, FEMA will revise the FIRM again after the effective <br />date in accordance with Part 65 of the NFIP regulations. This means that the revised FIRM would be <br />issued with the modified BFEs presently indicated, and flood insurance purchase requirements would be <br />enforced accordingly, until such time as another map revision could be made. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding the proposed BFE determinations, revised FrS report, or revised FIRM <br />for your community, please contact the Director, Mitigation Division of FEMA in Denver, Colorado at <br />(303) 235-4830, or the FEMA Map Assistance Center, toll free, at 1-877-336-2627 (1-877-FEMA MAP). <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />'\~~.
