<br />e <br /> <br />tit <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as approximate floodplain information the streams, lakes, ponds, and <br />local storm drainage areas within Jefferson County, in said report dated July 4, 1989, that do not <br />meet the criteria for the "Board's Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of <br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), contingent <br />upon the understanding that Jefferson County will regulate those approximate floodplains on a <br />case-by-case basis, subject to hydrologic and hydraulic analyses (as outlined in Table 3) that are to <br />be performed by a registered professional engineer and submitted to the community by the <br />developer or development proponent; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as detailed information the storm or floodwater runoff channels and <br />basins within Jefferson County as listed in Table 2 described by 100-year floodplain delineations in <br />said report dated July 4, 1989 with included maps; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County; the <br />Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certifY that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Salida, Colorado, on the 27th day of September 1999, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />~ ' ~.---- <br />~ - -- <br /> <br />Peter H.
