<br />. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />It is the conclusion of the Larimer County Planning Office staff that in the <br />Wellington area: <br />I) The Boxelder Channel will handle approximately 11,000 cfs at bankfull <br />stage at its most restricted points. <br />2) That due to a hilly rise and a railroad berm, floodwater from Boxelder <br />Creek would not cross into the Coal Creek drainage basin. <br />3) If a backwater was caused by the flume, capacity over and under the <br />flume would still be in the neighborhood of 11,000 cfs. <br />4) Sufficient capacity exists in the two ditches crossing the Coal Creek <br />drainage to adequately handle a flood flow from the Coal Creek basin. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
