BOX 758 <br />GREELEY, COLORADO 80632 <br /> <br />October 3. 1990 <br /> <br />Mr. David Walker, Acting Director <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Walker: <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado requests that the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board designate and approve the revised Weld <br />County F.I.S. and Erie F.I.S. dated September 28, 1990, pursuant to Section <br />37-60-106 (1) (cl, Colorado Revised Statutes. The revised studies apply to <br />the following areas: <br /> <br />e 1. 12,600 feet upstream of confluence w/Boulder Creek tc 18.800 <br /> feet upstream of confluence w/Boulder Creek--Erie F.r.S. <br /> 2. 18,800 feet upstream to 29,300 feet upstream--Erie F.r.S. <br /> 3. 29,300 feet upstream to 29,450 feet upstream--We ld County <br /> F.r.S. <br /> <br />4. 29.450 feet upstream to 33.700 feet upstream--Erie F. r.s. <br /> <br />5. 33.700 feet upstream to 37.000 feet upstream--Erie F.I.S. and <br />Weld County F.I.S. <br /> <br />6. 37.000 feet upstream to 45,800 feet upstream--Erie F.r.S. <br /> <br />Weld County recognizes that parts of the stream is located within the <br />incoroporated area of the Town of Erie and other parts in the unincorporated <br />area of Weld County. Weld County will adopt only the revised Weld County <br />F. r.s. as part of its Zoning Ordinance and use the infonnation to administer <br />Weld County's Flood Hazard Overlay District regulations in the <br />unincorporated areas of the County. The Erie F.
