<br />It shou Id be noted tha t the f loodway for thiil study was based on the concep t <br />of equal conveyence reduction from each side of the floodplain except for <br />realignment of the floodway for areas locat,ad entirely within the River Run <br />site. In addition to develop a continucuil and manageabl,a floodway through the <br />study reach the flood boundaries were acjusted to produc,a a smooth floodway. <br /> <br />Conclusions <br /> <br />This study presents the engineering calculations and technical data supporting <br />a revision to the current FE11A Flood Insurance Study for Arapahoe County, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />The basis for the revision is the new constructed improvements to the River <br />Run site which were based on the feasibllity study for the Cherry Creek basin <br />drainageway. <br /> <br />Based on the provided technical data, it is requested that thE! FEMA Flood <br />Insurance study through the River Run site be revised to incorporate the <br />results of this study and that a Letter of Map Revision be issued. <br /> <br />Review by: <br /> <br /> <br />for processing. <br /> <br />This report is <br /> <br />P repa red by: <br /> <br /> <br />- 7 - <br />
