A conduit to pass the lOO-year <br /> <br /> <br />flood flow of 4,700 cfs under future watershed conditions with Englewood <br /> <br /> <br />Dam and the five additional flood detention dams would require a l2-foot <br /> <br /> <br />high by l8-foot wide single barreled section, or its equivalent. Cons- <br /> <br /> <br />truction of the conduit extension would allow elimination of the existing <br /> <br /> <br />bridges between and including E. Hampden Avenue and Sherman Street, if <br /> <br /> <br />final design studies show this to be desirable.
