The study reaches within this basin are portions <br />of Tenmile Creek adjacent to and within the Town of Frisco (Fig. 2). <br /> <br />Meadow Creek Basin <br /> <br />The Meadow Creek bas i n dra i ns to the east from the Gore Range into Di 11 on <br />Reservoir at Frisco, just north of lower Tenmile Creek. The basin has a total <br />drainage area of 5.B square miles and a length of 4.5 miles. The width of the <br />basin varies from 1.0 to 1.5 miles. The channel slope averages 1.7% for the <br />study reach near Frisco while steeper slopes of 10.7% exist above Frisco in the <br />Gore Range. The elevations in the basin range from 12,700 feet to 9,000 feet at <br />Dillon Reservoir (Fig. 1). The study reaches within this basin are portions of <br />Meadow Creek adjacent to the Town of Frisco, with some segments located within <br />the Town's corporate limits (Fig. 2). <br /> <br />Miners Creek Basin <br /> <br />Miners Creek Basin is located to the east of Tenmile range, with the ridge to the <br /> <br />east of Peak 4 bei ng the southern boundary of the bas in. The basi n has a <br /> <br /> <br />drainage area of 6.B square miles which drains east into Miners Creek, then north <br /> <br />to Dillon Reservoir. Jug Creek and No Name Creek are tributaries of Miners <br /> <br />Creek. The study reaches within the basin are two segments along Miners Creek <br /> <br /> <br />(Fig. 2). <br /> <br />4 <br />
