I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL

Because this project will he phased in four separate construction phases, we request to submit the

Final Erosion Control Plans concurrently with the Final Grading Plan for each phase. This will

allow us to better identifY any additional facilities necessarily caused by the proposed construction

phases.

SUMMARY

Proposed roadside ditches and culverts will safely convey developed runoff to adequate outfall
facilities. Culvert outlet protection and ditch protection will be necessary to limit discharges to non-
erosive velocities.

Overlot grading will ensure positive drainage away from the proposed building sites.

Larger culvert crossings at the existing grass-lined swale in conjunction with additional fill adjacent
to the existing channel will safely convey off-site flows through the project.

Respectfully submitted,

Timothy E. Marshall
Project Manager
For and On Behalf of JR Engineering, Ltd.

/pj/869600/fnldmg.rpt

5
