I, Parts 60, 6S, and 72). <br /> <br />~b. LOMR <br /> <br />A letter from FEMA officially revising the current NFIP map to show <br />changes to floodplains, floodways, or flood elevations. LOMRs typically <br />depict decreased flood hazards. (See 44 CFR Ch. I, Parts 60 and 6S.) <br /> <br />_c. PMR <br /> <br />A reprinted NFlI' map incorporating changes to floodplains, floodways, or <br />flood elevations. Because oithe time and cost in'.olved to change, reprint, <br />and redistribute an NFlI' map, a PMR is usually processed when a revision <br />reflects increased flood hazards or large-scope changes.
