January 213 <br />Gulch and Tributaries 1983 <br />Flood Hazard Area Delineation, Big Dry Urban Drainage & November 271 <br />Creek (ADCO), Adams County, City of Flood Control District 1986 <br />Thomton <br /> <br />FLOODPLAIN INFORMATION TO BE DESIGNATED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a report entitled <br />"Flood Insurance Study, Adams County, Colorado, and Incorporated Areas" (as listed in Table I) <br />dated August 16, 1995 that also includes Flood Insurance Rate Maps of the same date; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, through the engineering fIrm of <br />Montgomery Watson, completed a report entitled "Hydrology Addendum, Adams County and <br />Incorporated Areas, Colorado" dated September 2000 that provides technical and regulatory <br />floodplain information to supplement said Flood Insurance Study dated March 16, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the designation action for this floodplain resolution only pertains to the <br />unincorporated portions of Adams County, however the incorporated communities within said new <br />study are designated within floodplain resolution number 00-527; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new Flood Insurance Study and Hydrology Addendum contain detailed <br />floodplain information for the following streams, as listed in Table I, within unincorporated Adams <br />County: <br /> <br />Table 1 <br />Detailed floodplains within incorporated communities in Adams County <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />
