Low flows are accommodated <br />with in-place storm sewer systems. The improved properties <br />adjoining the streets are susceptible to flooding from the <br />major storm events. These properties accomodate single <br />family residences along Berry Circle and multi-family <br />residences, offices and light commercial along Windermere <br />Street and Littleton Boulevard. <br /> <br />11-4 <br />
