Therefore, any future construction or substantial <br />improvement on the property remains subject to Federal, State, and local regulations for floodplain management. <br /> <br />9. ANNEXATION <br />Although the subject of this determination is shown on the National Flood Insurance Program map in the unincorporated <br />areas of Boulder County, Colorado, it has been annexed by the City of Boulder. <br /> <br />This attachment provides additional information regarding this request.
