(LA) is pleased to submit this Statement of Qualifications and Interest for the <br />Flood Control and Drainage Project Prioritization Analyses for the City of Sterling. Included within this <br />document is: (a) a brief introduction and project overview; (b) a discussion of our corporate experience <br />related to drainage and flood control evaluation, analysis, design and implementation; (c) a description <br />of key project personnel along with resumes; and (d) discussion of our capacity to accomplish the project. <br /> <br />LA is especially well qualified to provide engineering services for the Flood Control and Drainage Project <br />Prioritization Analyses. The firm was formed in July 1986 and specializes in all aspects of water <br />resources engineering including surface water and ground water hydrology, channel hydraulics and <br />hydraulic structure design, master drainage planning, erosion and sediment transport investigations, and <br />channel stabilization and design. Over the last five years, drainage and flood control analyses, and <br />hydraulic structure evaluation and designs have been prepared within the following Colorado cities: Fort <br />Collins, Greeley, Aurora, Golden and Firestone; and within the Cities of Cheyenne, Sh~ridan and <br />Cokeville, Wyoming. Numerous related surface water projects have also been completed throughout <br />Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada and Idaho, as well internationally. <br /> <br />I will be the principal contact person for the firm in ali matters related to the proposed project.
