This study and design included field investigations,
an evaluation of area hydrology to define design discharges, and hydraulic (HEC-2)
analyses of existing and with-project conditions to assess flooding potential and evaluate
sediment transport processes. The hydraulic/stable channel design include a 20'W x
IO'H RCB culvert and relocation of nearly 7900 feet of the Monroe Creek channel near
Weiser, Idaho.

. Special technical consultant for the Strawberry Road Bridge replacement. The study
provided the hydraulic and channel stability analyses of both existing and with-project
conditions for the Old Strawberry Road Bridge replacement project in the Stanislaus
National Forest, California. The study included field investigations, hydrologic analyses,
hydraulic analyses for both the existing and proposed bridge configurations, scour
analyses, and the design of channel bed and bank protection in the vicinity of the bridge.

. Engineer-in-charge of the Napa River Sedimentation Study. This project included the
hydraulic evaluation and sedimentation study of the Napa River through the City of
Napa, California. The study was conducted for with-project conditions proposed by the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to provide flood protection for the City of Napa.
Channel stability analyses were also conducted and stabilization measures designed to
minimize bed level changes and future dredging requirements.

15
