This report was prepared for use as the technical documentation for submittal to the Federal
Emergency Management Agency as part of the Conditional Letter of Map Revision for Coal Creek from
Briggs Street to Perry Street adjacent to The Town of Erie,

This report was originally submitted July 26, 1991. It has been revised to incorporate the
improvements to the Union Pacific Railroad Bridge, that have been agreed to by the Railroad, The analysis
show the improvements are designed to accommodate the lOO-year peak runoff within the limits of the
improvements and substantially eliminate the extent of flooding over the existing conditions,

Respectfully submitted,

b^'
I
WR7ENG/E RIN9"
btit1tlll!lM

David p, Krickbaum, P,E,
Project Manager

DPK/mag

Enclosure

.

cc: Mr. Larry Lange

CONSULTING ENGINEERS

1660 SOUTH ALBION STREET.
