The <br />data was identified as the best available at the time of compilation <br />of this Flood Insurance Study and should depict the general conditions <br />of the flooding sources with relative accuracy. FEMA performed a <br />cursory review and accepted the data as valid for purposes of this <br />Flood Insurance Study and the NFIP.
