<br />. - <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />" <br />'" .\' <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />Precipitation <br /> <br />The average annual precipitation for the upper Clear Creek <br />basin is approximately 14.8 inches with 70 percent of it <br />occurring during the 6-month period from April through <br />September.
