I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I INVITATION TO BID TOWN OF MEEKER SULPHUR CREEK FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT PHASE" IMPROVEMENTS Notice is hereby given that bid proposals for the construction of the Sulphur Creek Flood Control Project, Phase" Improvements will be received by the Town of Meeker at Meeker Town Hall, 236 7th Street, P.O. Box 38, Meeker, CO 81641, until 11 :00 AM on Julv 20. 1993, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work involved includes construction of concrete channel improvements including an irrigation ditch crossing structure, a concrete retaining wall, rock rip- rap, and miscellaneous fencing and utility relocations. A pre-bid meeting and site examination will be held at the project site on June 28th at 9:30 A.M. Meet at the intersection of Market Street (Highway 13) and Second Street (Sulphur Creek). Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal made payable to the Town of Meeker. The proposal guarantees may be held until the Contract is awarded. The Town reserves the right to waive any irregularities in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days from the opening thereof. A complete set of plans, specifications and contract documents may be obtained from the Meeker Town Hall or the offices of Enartech, Inc. (945-2236) for a deposit of $40.00 per set. Forty dollars will be refunded upon receipt of a bid proposal and return of the documents. The documents will be available after June 18th. The bid proposals and proposal guarantee must be placed in one envelope, securely sealed and labeled "Bid Proposal for "Town of Meeker".
