Ms. Slarr requested that the Federal
Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) revise the effective FIRM to show the correct locations of
streets within the Autumn Ridge Subdivision in the City of Lafayette, Colorado.

All data required to complete our review of this request were submitted with a letter dated August 11,
1994, from Mr. Peter F, Johnson, P.E., Civil Engineer, City of Lafayette. Because this Letter of Map
Revision (LOMR) corrects a mapping error, fees were not assessed for the review.

We have completed our review of the submitted data and the flood data shown on the effective FIRM and
have revised the FIRM, The streets within the Autumn Ridge Subdivision have been removed from the
Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) along Coal Creek, The area that was removed from the SFHA is
bounded by North Cherrywood Drive on the north, South 1 12th Street on the east, Empire Road on the
south, and West Cherrywood Drive on the west.

The modifications are shown on the enclosed annotated copies of FIRM Panels 08013C0576 F
and 08013C0577 F, This LOMR hereby revises these panels of the effective FIRM dated June 2, 1995,

The revisions are effective as of the date of lhis letter; however, a review of the determination made by
this LOMR and any requests to alter lhis determination should be made within 30 days. Any request to
alter the determination must be based on scientific or technical data.

We will incorporale the modifications described in this LOMR into FIRM Panels 08013C0576 F
and 08013C0577 F as a physical map revision. Before publishing lhe revised panels, we will issue
preliminary copies for review by your community. To ensure that we provide your community with lhe
most up-to-date information possible, we request that your community review the effective FIRM panels
referenced above to determine if any additional changes are warranted. Examples of possible changes
include updates to corporate limits, new streelS within or adjacent to designated SFHAs, and revised
floodway boundary delineations,
