ZONE A <br />The NFIP map affeeting this property depicts the SFHA (Zone A) determined using the flood data available, but <br />without performing a detailed engineering analysis or establishing base flood elevations. Determinations based <br />on these flood data are approximate and subjeet to ehange. <br /> <br />8. PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY REMAIN IN THE SFHA <br />The Determination Doewnent has removed the subjeet of the determination from the Special Flood Hazard <br />Area (SFHA). However, portions of the property may remain in the SFHA. Therefore, any future eonstruetion <br />or substantial improvement on the property remains subjeet to Federal, State, and loeal regulations for <br />floodplain management. <br /> <br />This attachment provides additional information regarding this request.
