Title block in lower right corner. <br /> <br />2.3 preliminary Drainaqe Report <br /> <br />The purpose of the Preliminary Drainage Report is to identify and/ <br />or refine the conceptual solutions to the problems which may occur <br />on-site and off-site as a result of the development. Any problems <br />that existed on the site prior to development must also be <br />addressed during the preliminary phase. The Preliminary Drainage <br />Report shall be submitted with the Preliminary Subdivision Plat <br />submittal. Two (2) copies of the Preliminary Drainage Report shall <br />be submitted to the city. <br /> <br />In addition to the information listed below, the requirements for <br />submitting a Preliminary Stormwater Quality Control Plan and a <br />Preliminary Erosion and Sediment Control Plan are detailed in <br />Sections 12 and 13 (respectively). <br /> <br />2.3.1 <br /> <br />preliminary Report Contents <br /> <br />The report shall be in accordance with the following outline and <br />contain the applicable information listed: <br /> <br />I.
