It delineates the potential hazard <br /> <br />Statutes 197. The cities, incorporated towns and counties <br /> <br />associated with a 100-year flood on the channels of Dry Gulch, <br /> <br />within the study area may provide zoning regulations <br /> <br />The flood plains are deemed accurate within the limitations <br /> <br />"...to establish, regulate, restrict, and limit such uses <br />on or along any storm or floodwater runoff channel or <br />basin, as such storm or floodwater runoff or basin has <br />been designated and approved by the Colorado Water Con- <br />servation Board, in order to lessen or avoid the hazards <br />to persons and damage to property resulting from the <br />accumulation of storm or floodwaters..." <br /> <br />North Dry Gulch, and Colfax Gulch in the municipalities. <br /> <br />of hydrologic methodology, water surface profile computations, <br /> <br />and the scales of the mapping utilized.
