<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Creek, The floodway width increased and decreased along the revised reach, with a maximum increase of <br />500 feet occurring approximately 2,150 feet downstream of East Arapahoe Road and a maximum decrease <br />of 800 feet occurring approximately 1,200 feet upstream of the confluence of Piney Creek. <br /> <br />The BFEs increased and decreased along the Right Overbank Splitflow from East Arapahoe Road to <br />approximately 2,500 feet downstream of East Arapahoe Road, with a maximum increase of 1.6 feet occurring <br />approximately I, 100 feet downstream of East Arapahoe Road and a maximum decrease of 2.4 feet occurring <br />approximately 100 feet downstream of East Arapahoe Road. The SFHA designation was removed from the <br />effective FIRM in the vicinity of the area of high ground separating the main channel of Cherry Creek and <br />the Right Overbank Splitflow, with a maximum decrease in SFHA width of 400 feet occurring approximately <br />500 feet downstream of East Arapahoe Road. A floodway was added along the Right Overbank Splittlow <br />from East Arapahoe Road to approximately 1,400 feet downstream of East Arapahoe Road, with a maximum <br />floodway width of 400 feet added to the effective FIRM approximately 1,400 feet downstream of East <br />Arapahoe Road, <br /> <br />All property owners affected by this revision have been notified. A separate LOMR was issued on the same <br />date as this LOMR to describe the effects of this revision on the flood hazard data for the City of Aurora, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />The modifications are shown on the enclosed annotated copies of FIRM Panels 0480 J and 0485 J, Profile <br />Panel 32P and l27P, and the Floodway Data Table for Cherry Creek and the Cherry Creek Right Overbank <br />SplitfIow.
