(Reference 1). The discharges and flood water-surface elevations used for
the Cache La poudre River in this Flood Insurance Study were taken from
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' report' therefore, they are in complete
agreement. Another report on the flooding sources within the City of
Fort Collins was published in April 1980 and contained detailed information
on Dry Creek from its mouth in Larimer County, through Fort Collins and
continuing upstream to a point again in Larimer County. That report
(Reference 1) provided the basis for the 1983 revision to this study
and both are in complete agreement.

The study contractor has also conducted a Flood Insurance Study for
Larimer County, Colorado (Reference 12). The Larimer County study is
presently being revised to reflect the 1980 Dry Creek report and, there-
fore, will be in complete agreement with this study.
