Dear Mr. Tucker:

The Phase B report, entitled "Major Drainageway Planning Weir
Gulch Tributaries", is attached. The purpose of this part of
the report is to prepare a preliminary design and cost estimate
in accordance with the recommendations of the Phase A report,
comments received with the notice to proceed and during review
meetings with the sponsors.

The preliminary design and cost estimate is in sufficient detail
to permit the municipalities to adequately plan improvements
and future developments within the study area.

We wish to extend our appreciation to Mr. Urbonas of your staff,
to Mr. Skifalides and Mr. Barsoom of the City of Denver and
to Mr. Goebel and Mr. Skinner of the City of Lakewood, for the
cooperation we have received during the execution of the Phase B
portion of this study.

We have appreciated the opportunity to work on this study and
remain available for implementation of this master plan.
