<br />Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff <br />Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), but became outdated and superseded after February 2,1996; <br />and <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board has determined that once <br />the amendments described in Tables 3 and 4 have been made to Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429, <br />the previously designated detailed and approximate floodplain information contained in Resolutions <br />Nos. 268, 96-428 and 96-429 needs to remain in effect; and <br /> <br />DESIGNATION. APPROVAL AND RESCISSION ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Northglenn, Colorado, this 26th day of January 1999, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the I GO-year floodplains in said new report, <br />revised March 2, 1993, for the study reach listed in Table 2; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby rescind the detailed floodplain <br />information contained in Resolution No. 68 pertaining to the stream reach listed in Table 2; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby leave Resolutions Nos. 96- 428 <br />and 96-429 fully in force, with the amendments described above and in Tables 3 and 4 duly noted, <br />previously approved by Resolution No. 99-497; and <br /> <br />; <br />, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the Town of Parker; Douglas County; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Northglenn, Colorado, on the 26th day of January, 2000, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />~w.~ <br /> <br />Peter H.
