<br />established an office in Denver in 1978, Parsons
<br />ES has provided water resources services in the
<br />Rocky Mountain States for more than 35 years.
<br />Our office has a staff of about 100 scientists, en-
<br />gineers, technicians, and support personnel, in,
<br />cluding four full-time hydraulic engineers and
<br />three environmental engineers with experience in
<br />hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design. All
<br />of the services to be provided to the CWCB for
<br />this project will be performed by our Den ver wa-
