<br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1) (e), Colorado Revised Statutes, <br />directs the Colorado Water Conservation Board to designate and <br />approve storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins and to <br />make such designations available to legislative bodies of local <br />jurisdictions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed the new <br />information and finds that it meets the applicable requirements <br />for designation as detailed floodplain information under the <br />Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval <br />of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in <br />Colorado" (2 CCR 408-h); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, <br />COlo-rado-, this' 11th day of May, 1989, that it .does.nereby <br />designate and approve. the 100-year floodplain as described by <br />the flood water surface elevations and profiles for Skunk Creek <br />in said new report, dated January, 1989, and does hereby rescind <br />that said portion of ReSOlution No. 281, dated October 1, 1987; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the City <br />of Boulder, the Board of County commissioners of Boulder County, <br />the Urban Dralnage and Fl-ootl Control Distti-ct. th" University of <br />Colorado at Boulder, the Colorado Division of Disaster Emergency' <br />Services, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
